Role DescriptionOur client is looking for an expert Front End Developer to join their team of creativespecialists. This position is based in Johannesburg North in a trendy studio environment. Salary:+- R60k - R70k CTC per month. You will be responsible for translating designs into CSS3 and HTML5Building applications for social media platforms, Facebook / Twiiter integration Mobile developmentResponsive web design Animation, etc.
Skills and Experience
HTML 5 CSS 3 JavaScript Angular 2 and up Bootstrap Raphael JS pixi JS Strong experience withResponsive web design (RWD) Experience in Mobile Development Building applications for social mediaplatforms Facebook/Twitter Intergration jQuery or similar JavaScript frameworks AJAX Skilled indesign patterns and OOP Knowledge and experience PHP (advantageous) Experience with JavaScript MVCand MVVC design patterns and frameworks (advantageous) Experience with CMS systems (Silver Stripe,WordPress advantageous) SQL using MS SQL, MySQL.(advantageous) Query optimisation (advantageous)Database design(advantageous) Unit testing and Test Driven Development Experience with subversion,mercurial or similar version control systems Strong knowledge of software security and web-basedapplication security REST, SOAP, JSON or XMLRPC web service development Minimum 3 years workexperience Diploma or Degree For more information contact Riana van Zyl.riana.vanzyl@eoh.co.za; 010 590 4000
