Responsiblefor Tactical/Operational and or Strategic Supplier relationship management. Including amongst othersmanaging relationships between business (tactical/operational and strategic units) and suppliers aswell as supplier performance. Ensuring that suppliers deliver against contractual SLAs andrequirements of business units in achieving objectives. Managing escalations/disputes betweenSuppliers and Business users and ensuring resolutions to disputes by being points of experts andreference for contracts and associated BOQ or statements of work.
