Our client, a global and forward-thinking company undergoing a comprehensive modernization project, has decided to replace their legacy in-house ERP system with Microsoft Dynamics 365. As part of this initiative, they are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join their team as Functional Analysts in the following areas:

Finance Functional Analyst:
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing financial processes and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, streamline budgeting and forecasting activities, and drive efficiency and compliance across finance operations. Responsibilities will include gathering and analysing business requirements related to finance processes; designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics modules to meet the organization's financial needs; collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics and other financial systems; conducting system testing, identifying and resolving issues, and providing end-user training and support; and staying up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics functionalities and best practices in finance.

Customer Service Functional Analyst:
As a Customer Service Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer service processes, optimize service levels, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer service requirements; designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics modules to support customer service operations; developing and implementing workflows for case management, service level agreements, and customer communication; collaborating with technical teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other customer service tools; conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues; and providing training and support to end users.

Procurement Functional Analyst:
As a Procurement Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for streamlining procurement processes and maximizing efficiency through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collaborate closely with procurement teams to design and configure the system to meet their specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with vendors and stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include gathering and analysing procurement requirements and workflows; designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics modules to support procurement processes; collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to establish seamless integration points; developing and implementing workflows for purchase requisitions, approvals, and vendor management; conducting system testing; identifying and resolving issues; and providing end-user training and support.

To apply you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management) coupled with a previous track record in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related areas are a plus. You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics functionality and its application within the respective functional area. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
