HEAD: PUBLIC TRANSPORT SURVEYS, DATA MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R806 379 PER ANNUM
REF.: TRA 02/19
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN CIVIC CENTRE
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Commerce, Finance, IT or related qualification
- 5 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably related to transport planning and finance
- Extensive analytical, computer programming and technical ability
- Management level experience
- Sound Project management and interpersonal skills.

Key Performance Areas: - Guide, advise and implement policies, procedures and systems in the unit
- Define the regulation and transformation challenges of relevant data
- Lead, manage and co-ordinate the collection of compensation and regulatory data, including surveys in the field
- Lead, manage and coordinate public transport data analysis and evaluation
- Staff management and empowerment
- Coordinate contracts and tender processes
- Implement the Unit’s risk management register
- Financial planning and control.
