Knowledge: King III Code of Corporate Governance, governance standards and guidelines, contract drafting and management, Affiliation with the Compliance Institutes would be an added advantage Technical Skills: Companies Act, Corporate Law Amendment Act, and other applicable corporate governance i.e. King II and III Code of Corporate GovernanceResponsibilities:Legal and contracts management, governance, board and committee procedures, information recording, company secretarial functions, information retention system, monitor compliance with requirements in framework, analysing monthly reports, facilitate flow of information, liaising with board members and fulfilling their requests for information
