Responsibilities:-Measure progress by using project management -Conduct best practice research -Budget and plan for resource needs to meet business unit needs/expectations -Build relationships with business by proactively keeping them informed through open and honest communication-Hold regular and ad hoc status update meetings with all project stakeholders -Build and maintain relationships with team members by planning, attending team building and social interactions -Promote co-locating with all stakeholders during the various lifecycles of a project to cultivate positive working relationships and build deep business knowledge-Conduct customer surveys to measure service delivery to stakeholders by designing and distributing questionnaires to all stakeholders on a regular basis-Create and implement staff and resource plans for team of resources with clear work allocation accountability -Trade off resources and projects against priorities, timelines etc. -Negotiate delivery, resourcing and delivery timelines with business stakeholders to ensure objectives are met-Acts as a bridge between the business and the IT team to ensure understanding of needs and delivery of expectations-Setting the direction of BA solutions/deliverables to ensure optimal business results are achieved often in a fast changing, high pressure environment
