Skills and Experience
Essential Requirements 4 to 5 years of experience in implementation and configuration of MicrosoftDynamics CRM A general understanding of the IT environment of businesses Strong Customisation andConfiguration Skills in CRM Strong Communication, in gathering requirements, dealing with keyclients and stakeholders Consulting/client facing experience An understanding of business processesStrong technical understanding of custom workflows and plugins.
