Role details:
• Should have experience working with SAP Contact Center end to end process covering Installation & Trouble shooting.
• Should have experience working with IP Telephony configuration - AVAYA, CISCO and others.
• Should have experience configuring IVR Profiles, Queue Management, Skills & Priority
• Should have experience troubleshooting the logs of SQL Contact Centre ReportsShould have experience in PBX AVAYA /SIP Trunk communication with SAP Contact center
• Should have experience working with SAP CRM On premise system
• Should have experience in complete administration of SAP Contact Center
• Should have experience working in various Communication channels which includes - Inbound /Outbound Call, Inbound /outbound email's & chat engine through Communication desktop
• Should have experience configuring the AUX codes & IVR Profile recordings .
• Should have experience integrating SAP CRM system with Contact Centre implementation covering administration & support of Service Request management
• Should have experience troubleshooting the SAP Contact Center Application server logs & SQL DB logs for Contact center reporting
• Develop end-to-end configuration documents for process steps including BCM/SAP CCtr customizations, BCM /SAP CCtr connector interface and SAP Integration Package for SWIFT (SIPS)
