Technical skills•At least 4+ years’ development experience on major enterprise systems.
•Should know the challenges and solutions on a brownfields projects, and also have done production support.
•Experience in SQL –should be quite advanced.
•Experience in modern web technologies (JQuery, knockout and the like)
•Experience in .NET, although having also worked in C++, Java etc. would be preferable. Should have a focus on principles, rather than platforms.
•Domain knowledge in equity trading will help a lot.
Soft skills
•Be able to communicate clearly with team member and business.
•Be able to mentor and assist more junior members.
•Needs to be a self-starter and problem solver. We cannot employ a lead that need to be told exactly what to do.
